| I'VE BECOME SO NUMB AGAINST YOUR HATRED, YOUR PREJUDICE AND YOUR TRANSPARENT GUILT. What The Papers Say: Fran is an officer of the Varia and their current Mist Guardian in replacement of Marmon. His trademark is the strange frog hat he wears which was given to him by Bel. Despite this however he doesn't like the hat, or even want to wear it but is forced to under the assumption that if he takes it off he'll be skewered. A rookie officer in training, his senpai at this point in time is Bel and their relationship, put bluntly, is horrendous as both hate each other and wish to cause the other's ultimate demise. (His ties with the other officers are barely any better.) However being physically weaker and unable to kill any of them, especially Bel, without severe repercussions from higher management, at this point he can only deal with the abuse by keeping a blank face and annoying the hell out of them. It's worked so far. He has a hell ring which he has yet to use canonly and has an unusually high tolerance for pain. He's working on a repertoire of heroic poses. |
| COUNT IT ALL AS JOY EACH MOMENT WILL BE PRECIOUS, BECAUSE I'M ALIVE. What The Others Say: Fran is a bit of a sweet tooth, enjoying simple childish delights like apple juice or chocolate milk. He gets very upset when someone takes his special little juice containers so he's taken to hiding them. He's also a bit arts and crafts-y, making small things in his spare time since he has nobody to really talk to without getting yelled at or insulted. (And let's face it, Lussuria probably unnerves him.) Among these things are a row of dolls of people in the Varia which are displayed proudly somewhere in his room. (Except the Xanxus one, that one he hides.) Mostly they're of officers in the Varia and more than a few of them are skewered with broken or bent knives he's pulled from his own person. The supply of these knives are never ending. He once made a plushie of Marmon to give to Bel in hopes that it would at least get the tensai to stop stabbing him, but he was rebuked because Bel is a tsundere bastard. |

He seems fascinated by the other gender, but that's probably because A, he's never had a girlfriend (because he's so girly looking) and B, the closest thing to a girl in the Varia is Squalo. What a sausage fest. |
